The Caustic Bandits are a group of bandits that have recently begun working in and around the Tevari Isles. They were apparently dismantled by an attack by the Storm Knights, and were run out by the guard presence from Havarson's Keep.
They were controlled by Ventrex Caustar, the former mayor of Olir.
