Vesikev are a particular variety of water elemental that were formed through the powers of Fectovarano. As such, they are not traditional elementals that draw power through their elemental plane, but instead through the will of Fecto himself. These creatures are rarely found outside of the service of a powerful priest or servant of the Allriver, and are most commonly encountered as guards for important religious sites and temples.
While many clerics of the Allriver can eventually earn enough trust to summon a vesikev, particularly devout individuals may find themselves capable of creating them from mundane water.
