Astrilane is the northernmost kingdom in Atavar. It is a prosperous kingdom with fertile earth, and is a nexus of trade between east and west Atavar, as well as Fusalis and Gessaria. It is the home of one of the grandest and oldest cities in the world, Jaergden Karkast. Its capital is Stradgen.
Astrilane is a monarchy governed by a royal family, but contains an elected cabinet of advisers to the queen, who possesses the final say in most matters.
