A magnificent sterling white cape with subtle artistic designs embroidered in silver thread across its back.
The cape constantly billows as if caught in a scenic wind, even in spaces where no wind could possibly exist. If the cape is attuned, a creature wearing it may use the spell Feather Fall once a day. The cape will often get caught on objects in the vicinity on natural 1 rolls.
History
Wander discovered the cape in Azmok's Tower, and decided to steal it. He has not worn it a single time since.
