Effects
When held in your hand while making a successful unarmed attack, you can choose to summon an ethereal palm to strike the target creature, dealing an additional 1d4 bludgeoning damage. You can summon this fist up to three times a day, after which the rock becomes inert and dulled until it recharges.
History
The gem was discovered in a pocket dimension by the Peas after fighting off a strange ooze-like entity. Grognock took the gem as it was suited to his fighting style.
