Spallo, also referred to as Spazzie, is a small, hyperactive human human, and the proprietor of Spazzie's Selects, located in the Muck of Madrioc. She is constantly moving around her small shop, and most of the things she says aren't actually words.
Spallo is shorter than most, and has dirty auburn hair, which is extremely unkempt. She wears a dirty, tattered work dress and apron that is stained from years of use. She smells of spices and celery.
