Captain Neylor is the human captain of the forces of the Fleethounds, the branch of the Traders Guild in Caedalir.
During the seige of Caedalir by goblins, she commanded the guards from inside the gates of the city. The force of the explosion from the hobgoblin commander blew the gate of the city into her body. She was still alive, but gravely injured when the Peas last saw her.
