A wondrous item.
A small, ovular purple pendant made of a dyed clay. A small ceramic eye with a hand painted purple iris is seated in the center of the pendant, staring back at those who gaze upon it.
Effects
Once attuned, the pendant can be gripped as a bonus action, granting the user with a faint purple glow on the hand used. This enchantment lasts for 1 hour. The next successful unarmed attack with this hand will deal an extra 1d6 poison damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 14 saving throw or become poisoned for 10 minutes. At the beginning of each turn, the target creature will take 1d4 poison damage. They can attempt the saving throw again at the end of their turn.
After a successful attack, the purple glow fades, and the pendant may not be used for 5 days.
History
The Peas received the pendant as a gift from Yankaffa, as thanks for offering prayers to Zadara. Grognock received the pendant, wearing it around his neck.
