Alexandar is a primarily human family originating in the kingdom of Eresain. The bloodline is of common lineage, but is generally recognized as a family of morals throughout the kingdom. There are many who bare the name across the country, and in an of itself, it is not a title of significant merit.
It is not uncommon for orphans and the like to be adopted into the family.
