Appears to be a set of parchment papers with various articles of identification, useful in the kingdom of Sanaris. When functioning as a bracelet, they look like folded, rolled papers that connect into a wristband.
Effects
These specially enchanted papers are waterproof, and may be furled and unfurled at will, allowing the papers to be easily accessed. The identification badges of the Sanarian districts attach neatly to the side of the bracelet.
History
The Peas received a set of these bracelets from Vendylei Faeduleyr in Oashara, paying 25 gold for each one.
