A painfully cold wave of frozen energy flows from a point you designate within range. Each creature in a ten foot radius sphere centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Any objects in the radius are instantly made cold, and all water and freezable liquids are frozen.
