You touch a creature within range, making an unarmed attack for hostile targets. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, you cool the inside of their body, forcing them into a weak hibernation. Creatures that are attacked in this state will awaken, but they can be restrained or moved without consequence as long as no harm comes to them.
