Darkvire Gloam

A set of full plate magic armor. It requires attunement to use its special effects. It does not require attunement to wear.

Description

A full plate set of gleaming darksteel armor. The armor is quite heavy, and it fitted to a thin, feminine form.

Effects

The armor has a natural AC of 18+1, and requires 15 strength to wear. Due to an ingenious system of inset locks, the armor can be removed quite easily, requiring only one action to do so.

Gloaming Aura. Once a day, the armor can provide Legendary Resistance to the creature it protects, allowing them to succeed on a saving throw they otherwise would have failed. This feature takes time to recharge. At dawn, roll 1d20. On a 4 or 16, the armor regains its ability to use Gloaming Aura.

History

When the Peas encountered Corvel the Collector Knight in Godsreach, the knight doffed this armor before their fight, perhaps preferring agile movement that the armor would not afford her. Tyerjon took the armor after the battle and stuffed it into the Roomy Chest.
