Victor is a large human innkeeper that runs Victor's Inn in the Lurkertail. Victor is a very neat a meticulous person by day, but by night he becomes a gruff and messy man that appears to spend his time tinkering.
Victor is a tall and imposing man, with disfiguring scars across his face, and one blinded white eye. His good eye is a dark brown. Victor has neatly cut dark brown hair, which becomes disheveled at night. Victor is relatively muscular.
