Belyn Woods is an upbeat and indefatigable human that resides in the Shrewboro Woods. She is a close friend of the adventurer Journey and the daughter of Elkkuik Woods.
Description
Belyn is a shorter human woman with tan skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. She has a strong, muscular frame, but does not have full control over her legs, and is confined to a wheelchair. She wears simple clothes crafted from leathers and pelts.
Belyn has a fighter's spirit, and is inexhaustible. She readily takes on challenges, but is also rather motherly and caring towards others. She adopted the role of a caretaker for her younger siblings growing up.
History
At some point in the past, Belyn met Journey when the tiefling stayed in her home for a time.
When visiting a nearby town, Belyn and her brother Bham were accosted by Mardyth the Shade, resulting in the loss of Bham's life and a grievous injury to Belyn that cost her the use of her legs. She remained in the Shrewboro Woods after the attack, using a wheelchair crafted by her younger brother Nerfod.
After her youngest brother Nolmoul discovered a strange magic stone that could bring objects to life, Belyn began piloting a large suit of wooden armor crafted by Nerfod and given life by the stone to fight off poachers in the area.
