You release a wisping orb of cold energy, such that it looks as if it were a blue flame, exploding violently on impact. All creatures in a 15 foot radius of a point you designate must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 7d6 cold damage and has their movement speed halved until the start of your next turn. On a success, the target takes half as much damage, and is not slowed.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 5th.
