Rilbekk Tudefrodgaline is an elderly tiefling wizard of some repute from the Kalhastian Empire. Rilbekk is uptight, a bit of a show-off, and is terribly full of himself. Regardless, he is well known in the Empire for being a close correspondent of the crown.
Rilbekk is a studied and powerful wizard, enough so that he was deemed worthy of joining the Flock.
History
In Iron 951, Rilbekk answered the call of Selathwin Muleyr to address the threat posed by the Nightseeker. He crafted a spell capable of warding off Jylurm's influence on teleportation magic in the area, teaching it to the wizards in the warzone. He participated in the Battle for the Sun.
