Flock

The Flock is a coalition of powerful wizards across Hazeron that serves as a network of information. The members of the flock are all well-studied and capable of great feats of magic. At any point in time, the Flock must have at least 10 members; if a member leaves or dies, the remaining members will lead a search to find a replacement.
