Eight years later, Vivian led the nobles of Amphail in facing the threat of elemental cults while also reuniting with her daughter.

Biography

Meet the Ilzimmers

Vivian Ilzimmer was born Vivian Jardeth, the child of another Waterdhavian noble house. The Jardeth family arranged a marriage between Vivian and the eldest of House Ilzimmer, Unknown. The two originally really hit it off and moved out of Waterdeep to their estate in Amphail. There they had and raised their three children; Wade, Waike, and Aeleen Cryptanthus Ilzimmer (in order from oldest to youngest). Vivian also became aware yet turned a blind eye to the the Ilzimmer's secret business of illegal trading and poaching. This willful ignorance resulted in a large outburst of fire magic from Aeleen when she discovered the Ilzimmer secret business, burning everyone in the process.

Seperation

In the wake of Aeleen's outburst and subsequent disappearance, Davo and Vivian's relationship fell apart. the two separated in all but name retaining their marriage for publicity. Vivian's relationship with her sons were also strained.

Return of the Daughter

Eight years later, Vivian is in charge of the noble faction of Amphail during the rise of the elemental cults. During a gala/meeting of the nobles, members of The A-Team arrive to speak with her, one being a grown up Aeleen. Aeleen warns Vivian and the rest of the city council about the growth of the elemental cults. After the meeting and a tragic reunion between Aeleen and Vivian, Aeleen leaves the manor in tears. Over the course of the next month Vivian and Aeleen confront their history and Vivian apologizes to Aeleen allowing the two to heal their relationship. After all the elemental cults had been dealt with Vivian and Aeleen both went to Marlos Unrayle's manor for a party where all hell breaks loose. Here she is placed in an ultimatum with Finn Abalone by Gar Shatterkeel where Gar forced Amira Abalone to choose between the two before stabbing both. Vivian died in the wake of Gar's attack but with magic, Aeleen was able to save Vivian's life.

Notable Relationships

Aeleen Cryptanthus Ilzimmer

Aeleen is Vivian's youngest child and only daughter. Vivian named Aeleen after her own grandmother. Aeleen felt immensely distrustful towards Vivian after discovering her willful ignorance towards the Ilzimmer poaching and illegal trading businesses. Though after almost a decade of no contact the two awkwardly reunited in the midst of the rise of the elemental cults in Amphail. Over the course of a couple emotional meetings the two were able to reconcile their differences and become close again.

Unknown

Davo and Vivian, though united in an arranged marriage, did truly love one another in their youth. Though this love faded as Vivian was forced to confront her complicity that caused her family to be scarred and Aeleen to run away. The two, though barely speaking, are not divorced and present united front publicly.

Wade and Waike Ilzimmer

Wade and Waike are Vivian's eldest and middle child respectively. She loves them deeply though their relationships was also deeply strained when Aeleen ran away. Wade and Waike's deeper involvment in Ilzimmer business only complicates it further.
