Leadership of the Cult of Howling Hatred is split between Dara Kalinoth and Aeresi Kalinoth. When Aeresi is in control, the cult functions as a military, hunting down those who oppose but treats those it captures fairly. When Dara is in control, the Cult slaughters everything they see.
