Luca Lombard

 Luca Lombardi (Mob enforcer for extortion and loan sharking) was a Boxer with mob ties who was killed for trying to leave the family and make amends for the wrongs he had committed his whole life. (Regret is not being able to make amends to the world) after being confronted with the aftermath of his way of life and the similarities between the life and choices of his mark and himself Luca begins to understand the nuances of how one not only begins in a life of crime but comes to the conclusion that they must leave. Upon this moral dilemma Luca asked the head the Irish mob family to be allowed to go clean everything seemed up right and understanding until the abrupt end to his walk home….(his murder)

Luca awoke in  the beach of Boston's waterways. The last memory he had was being shot in the back a tactic he was all to familiar with doing himself. Looking around he remember being on this beach before. Early on in his career he had not learned to tie weight onto the feet of victims when he threw them into the briney deep and one had washed up on this same beach. A rookie mistake he had to run down and dispose of the body a second time from a beat copy paid to watch for strange things.Luca remembered the hot dog stand serving him the finest hot dog he ever had.

Before he made to much noise about returning from the grave or equally strange the spider like beast following him around, Luca ran into Mr. Fung who as a member of the Bound himself explained many simple things about his new life. There was a krewe in the outer reaches of Boston that had settled in properly where he could find others that had also ran afoul of the same mob. Mr Fung placed Luca in a hotel room to wait as he would contact the Krewe in the next few days while he attended to other business in Grave Falls. The next day the Spider King became more active than ever before from his normal distant self. Luca heard a explosion and rushed outside to see pillars of energy shoot up from the ground across the city then blink out. 

After the disappearance of Mr.Fung the Krewe found the recent receipt for the hotel and found luca stayed at the hotel awaiting further instructions. Trusting Mr. Fung knew what he was doing the krewe adopted Luca into their ranks. Through his actions he rose through the ranks of the congregation quickly finally feeling part of something bigger than himself without selling of his soul bit by bit at a time.
