Born in Paris, France in 1913. Of Russian and French ancestry, great-granddaughter of Czar Alexander I, who had no legitimate heirs but a great many bastard-born children. The Lukosh bloodline descended from one of these children. Marie is tri-lingual, fluent in English, Russian, and French.
Marie emigrated to the United States in 1934 with 2 cousins and 2 siblings, eventually settling in Boulder, Colorado (a growing suburb of Denver) in 1936. These 5 formed the Standley Lake pack. She married a real estate developer in 1937, had one son (kinfolk), and influenced her husband to invest in as much public land as possible to keep it from getting overrun by outside (Wyrm-tainted) corporations. Both her husband and son were killed in an “auto accident” in Denver, 1976.
Marie’s son had two children, Nicholas (born 1961) and Alexandra (born 1964). Both joined the Standley Lake pack following their change. Nick eventually left to take over the Six Man Roster pack. Alexandra died during childbirth. Marie, and what remained of her pack, raised the child.

Beta: Sophia (d. 2010) - Marie’s cousin. Husband was a retired instructor at the Colorado School for the Deaf. Sophia followed her husband in death 2 months after he succumbed to a severe stroke.
Sergei (d. 2017) Friend of Marie’s from before she emigrated. Joined the pack to tutor Ana in musical theory and practice in 1999 after retiring from the Russian Ballet’s symphony orchestra. Had unknowingly been Hunted in Europe, and was killed by the hunters while enjoying a night out at the theatre in Denver.
Phillippe (d. 2020) Youngest son of Marie’s youngest sister. Guardian of the Lands at Standley Lake. Father to Joey (kinfolk, current caretaker of Marie’s estate) and Caitlyn (Six Man Roster pack in Denver.) Killed earlier this year while trying to bring his daughter out of derangement-induced frenzy.
