Spirit Bell and Candles

This fetish consists of a small bell and two candlesticks. When candles are placed into the sticks on either side of the bell, and the bell is struck, all spirits are drawn and bound to the location of the candles. These spirits are unable to act as long as the note peals ( three minutes per activation success ) . The local Gauntlet in the area is reduced by 2 as well. Any spirit servant of Uktena or Falcon can empower this fetish.
