A lot can be assumed when you first see Joanna Quickfoot-Reynolds, but if nothing else you should know she's gracious and curious. Of course she's also incisive, efficient and realistic, but they're tainted by and mixed with habits of being demanding as well.
Her grace though, this is what he's kind of cherished for. Friends tend to count on this and her faithfulness whenever they need help.
Nobody's perfect of course and Joanna has plenty of lesser desired aspects too. Her obsessive nature and blunt nature cause plenty of grievances, both personally and for others.

Level 4: Issue subpoenas, tie up court cases, have most charges dropped, cancel or arrange parole, start a federal investigation of some sort, stop a state investigation.
Level 5: Close down a federal investigation, have deportation proceedings held against someone, get warrants revoked, hide ownership of anything, find a legal weakness to exploit.
Level 6: Close down any investigation, arrange for a court case to be decided however you please, get attorneys disbarred, get judges investigated, seriously threaten anyone with a custom lawsuit.
