Tillin Jarro is an orange-feathered birdfolk merchant who runs a weapons office overlooking one of Goldcrest’s ironworks. Dressed in a sharp naval coat and carrying himself like an officer, he brokers arms for guards, adventurers, and private buyers across the city. Known for his blunt honesty and eye for quality, Jarro personally inspects every weapon he sells before allowing it to leave his desk.
