The village of Tulip is small but secure, nestled on a small hill and not too far from the running river. The road runs straight through town and continues to the North and to the South. The forest has been cut back around the village and the locals seems to be going about their business without fear. A simple watchtower constructed at each end of the main road through town allows a lookout with a bow and a horn to watch over most of the town as well give a discerning eye to those approaching who are unknow
n. The outskirts of town seem to be filled with small fields and vegetable gardens, though there does not appear to be a good yield of food in them currently. The hammering sounds of a smithy can be heard in the distance and a few buildings seem to have sign boards advertising various professions.
