Tarm is built from materials sourced from the Feywilds, and for unclear reasons he was not activated until after the war that many warforged partook in (forgot its name). Due to the materials being from the Feywilds, emotions reflect back on him strongly, making him have trouble hiding how he truly feeling. Sometimes the fey can whisper through Tarm's mind, making him sometimes feel as though he is talking to someone who isn't there... or perhaps there is something more to these whispers
