Insect: Agrean-Injectors (Swarm)

Agrean-Injectors

Nicknames:
Infection: The Agrean-Injector injects several of its eggs into the victim, the victim has to make a DC 13 Constitution Save to shrug the eggs off/immune system effectively fights off the eggs. In case of failure, the victim is infected.
Regional Infection: For everyday of travel in an Agrean-Injector Territory, the people will have to make a DC 13 Constitution Save to avoid the injection of eggs. Incubation: After a few days (1d2+1), the larvae hatch from the eggs and work themselves to the head of the victim, this process will take 1d4+2 days. If the larvae of the Injector reaches the head, the victim becomes incapacitated and acts as an 'Agrean-Injector Nest' for 1d4+2 days.
Symptoms:
(Egg Phase): Nothing
(Larvae Stage) Sweating, Feelings of Euphoria, Occasional breaking down Laughing, (phantom) pain (1d10 necrotic per day, if 0 hitpoints get reached, start Nest Stage - otherwise start Nest Stage after 1d4+2 days), cold sweat
(Nest Stage) The Larvae of the injectors start to eat the living body over time (Eyes, lips etc. are getting eaten,), the 'incapacitated' body makes noises, to lure new victims in, for example "Hello?".
Effect:
(Egg Phase) Nothing
(Larvae Stage) Increase Food and Water Intake, Laughing Breakdowns (Roll 1d20, on a 1, forgo round) (Larvae can be seen wriggling with a DC 20 Investigation check)
(Nest Stage) Incapacitated, true death after 1d4+2 days.
Curation: In the egg phase, they can be cut out with a successful Medicine Check (DC 15, 1d8 necrotic damage on failure), In the larvae stage, they can still be cut out (DC 18, 2d8 necrotic damage on failure), In the nest stage, only at the very first day there is still a chance (DC 20, 3d8 necrotic damage on failure), otherwise there is no hope of physically removing them afterwards.
(Triage 1): (Adds an additional 1d2+1 in the egg phase)
(Triage 2): (Adds an additional 1d4+2 in the larvae phase)
Magical Curation: Lesser Restoration (Egg Stage + Larvae Stage, Beginning of Nest Stage), Lesser Restoration + Regeneration (Living Nest Stage)
