CRAFTING REQUIREMENTS DEFINITIONS
Lead Artisan – one artisan who is proficient with the crafting tool required to craft the item and meets the minimum level requirements to craft the item. Generally, is leading the production team.
Secondary Artisan - May help in the production of the item with the help action. Required to work the same hours as the Lead Artisan.
Crafting Materials – The materials the instructions call for, mundane or otherwise.
Means of Production – Some crafting processes only require the crafting kit, but others may require special equipment, like a forge. Magical items can also require special conditions for the item to be made. This assumes an 8 to 12 hour work day.
Instructions – Either memorized instructions or a written blueprint/recipe detailing the materials and the process.
Labor – Once all four of the previous conditions are satisfied, the crafting process can begin. The artisans work in 8-12 hour increments to contribute progress measured in GP.

Crafting rules
1. Every day you work on crafting is a day you don't work at your day job. If you spend less then half your week crafting the item you only make half as much income with your day job. If you work more than half the week on the item you make no money from your day job for that week.
Note: you can determine how much of the week you dedicate to crafting the item every sunday, you will not roll every day.
2. You can't start the project unless you have the materials on hand.
3. You can't start the project unless you have the appropriate tool or facility if any.
4. Any facility used will be occupied by you and the crafting team. No other crafting can be done in that facility while occupied.
5. The requirements of the recipe/blueprint must be met before you can use it.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pick a lead artisan and a secondary artisan if applicable.
2. Verify you have the materials, tools, known instructions, and production facility to create the item by checking the recipe.
3. Post in the downtime log using the following format. Ping a DM to verify the rule
