The lizardfolk tribes have special adjutants that watch over the populations in the interest of the Golden Kingdom, using them as auxiliary forces in battles. This adjutant often is a noble dragonborn with wings and tail that looks most like a dragon since the lizardfolk instinctively don't attack out of fear. They do tend to have a distinct intelligence devoid of emotion which leads to recruiting for specific magic schools.

The Kobolds worship dragons and dragon kin mostly staying in the cities. Some wild tribes can still be found in the lands. If any are found they are to be reported to the local authorities for reconciliation. The kobolds often are found in large workshops where they work well in the dark insides of the building.

The dragonborn live much like other humanoids with larger cities having more amenities. Societies built on nobility.

Religion

Bahamut is the state religion and the only one thats allowed within the borders if you're half-dragon, dragonborn or kobold. Any Tiamat worshippers are to be banished or killed often leading to them going to the chromatic kingdom.

The lizardfolk under the control of the golden empire have had their religion subverted by dragons in charge usurping it from
Semuanya pretending to be aspects of nature and Semuanya himself. In addition, have taken on the same roles as their original god, but being a new aspect from under bahamut adding in the need to change into a better species. The adjutants of the lizard tribes are often also religious leaders in this regard.
