Features: 

* The Amendment Corps is primarily a damage control organization endorsed by the Royalty of Osirus. They magically and mundanely are in charge of repairs and maintenance of the city. 
* They can commit to building new projects that don't fit into traditional construction.
* They keep a large stockpile of supplies in the underground catacombs of the city.

Problems:
* The City maintenance is costly and needs a constant power committed to it to keep up the city. 
* The faction has very little cash in circulation.

Summary:

It serves a critical role in the city, answering to reparations, rescue and damage assessment of catastrophe or compromised areas that are deemed dangerous. The staff of these organizations are primarily those who are well versed in the Transmutation & Conjuration school. The Amendment HQ a large building where the Agents of Amend use as lodgings and base of operation. They tend to use spells such as Mending, Shape Water, Floating Disk, Levitate, Fabricate, Mold Earth, Locate Object & Creature, Telekinesis etc to amend the situation. It is administered by the Gnome Wizard, Grazu Tinkermuch.
