Iz'geruuth, Lord of Despair, is a prime demon lord. He was the driving force behind the corruption of A'va Edhil, which proved a prime hunting ground in the wake of The Century War.
Iz'geruuth often makes an appearance after wars and devastating natural disasters and feeds off of the suffering that he finds. Though he usually prefers to take a more passive role and allow mortals to spark the conflicts that he thrives on, Iz'geruuth has been known to sow the seeds of division in susceptible minds when hunger strikes.
