"No icon was he, this King of Leaves. Before the Exile he had been a keeper of the forests. He was no lord, no soldier, but a gardener and tree tender. He was more known to the spirits who roamed the forests than he was to his fellow Elves. His hair was bright gold like the sun and his eyes seemed to at once be ocean blue and leaf green."

Glorandal, often called Glorandal the Golden, is the founder of Leor and current King of Leaves. As Deshen began committing his Great Blasphemies, Glorandal was one of many who abandoned Deshen and his Kingdom and was one of the Three Elvish Kings who organized and led the Exile of the Elves. When the party split. he went deep into the woods and founded Leorbar. He has ruled Leor as King of Leaves since it was founded.

History

Before the Exile, Glorandal was a keeper of the woods in Deshen's Realm

Unlike the other two Great Elvish Kings, Glorandal came from humble origins. He was no great lord or warrior but someone who tended the woods and plants in Deshen's Kingdom. Nonetheless, he was chosen by Beld as one of the three leaders of the Elves, for Beld respected his humility, love of nature, and nobility.
