The Goliaths are a tall and muscular race from the mountaintops and arctic tundras. Though typically seen as unfriendly and isolationist, they maintain good relations with the Aarakocra and Nephilim. Goliaths are tall, usually standing between seven and eight feet tall, and they are usually bald, with very little hair except for eyebrows and eyelashes. Goliaths typically adorn their bodies with elaborate tattoos. They come of age at 40 and typically live to be 400.
Goliaths were created by Beld in an attempt to undo the damage of the Horrid Rapture, and so the Goliaths are in part related to the Nephilim. However, despite the success of the Goliaths' procreation, mating with the Nephilim did not produce offspring.
