Urshu I was the Lord of Kardunash, ruling from II 600 to his death in III 12. He is most notable for governing during the onset of mortality and using his immense magical powers to protect the city from the ruin of the Great Flood. Urshu was made Prince of Kardunash by Deshen and tasked with governing the city after it was founded by Unknown. As the War of the Gods waged, Kardunsah was increasingly isolated from the Deshenite Kingdom, leading Urshu to declare himself Lord of Kardunash in II 600. Following his death, he was succeeded by the Diarchy of the Land Lord and Sea Lord, two lines descended from his two sons.
