The International Survey Fleet is a coalition of researchers, explorers, scholars, adventurers, and mercenaries whose purpose is to explore and research the continent of Shadowfell.
The ISF is led by the Council of Five, a council of five leaders of the five corps of the organization. Above them is the Commander, who has overall authority over the organization.
