Pandemonium is the name given to the plane which Unknown was banished to and subsequently consumed. The plane's name before such time is unknown, as all who knew it perished by Nihilon's hand.
Today it is a waste, an empty and barren place of blasted ruins, scraggy rocks, and dust. All life was destroyed, down to the last cell, and the dark magic of Nihilon's consumption prevents any new life from growing. The residual power is still felt there, and those unfortunate enough to find themselves in Pandemonium will slowly find themselves and their life forces drained to feed Nihilon.
