Boasting a population of about 450,000, the great city of Qayabe is the largest city in Oboyan and one of the largest in the world. It is a mercantile republic located on the southern coast. It is part of a string of mercantile city-states called the Pearls which sit on the southern coast and is arguably the most powerful of them.
