House Agenos of Crab Keep is one of the Houses Major and the lords of the Gulf and the city of Nys. House Agenos is an ancient lineage, having ruled the Crab Isle since before the coming of the Kardunashi. When Kardunash invaded Yekare, Lady Jamashpi Agenos took a son of the Sea Lord to husband and swore fealty to Kardunash. Since then, House Agenos has been considered a Kardunashi dynasty and even today boasts Kardunashi features of Golden Eyes and white hair, usually in ringlets.
