Shan is a constitutional monarchy located in the northeastern Jade Isles. Shan is heavily influenced by Xiao culture, adopting a Xiao-style government. Currently ruled by the House of Shao, it is sometimes called the Shao Dynasty or the Third Dynasty of Shan.
