Y'kanosi

The Y'kanosi are the inhabitants of the Y'kanos Forest. The people of the Y'kanos are known for their unique nature compared to neighboring peoples. They keep different gods than other peoples, preferring to pray to nature spirits, Si'ita, and trees as opposed to the more traditionally worshipped gods. They are fiercely protective of their forests and the sanctity of nature. Despite the small number of roads in the Y'kanos, the Y'kanosi know their forests like the back of their hands and can easily navigate through seemingly impassable foliage. Masters of camouflage, Y'kanosi warriors can stalk enemies for days without giving them even a suspicion of being followed. 

Having strong Fey ancestry, the Y’kanosi occasionally exhibit Fey traits. Y'kanosi tend to have eyes in various shades of green, usually glinty.
