The Fey, also called Fae, Fey Folk, and Fae Folk, are the native folk of the Feywilds. They originate from the plane of Arborea, though they fled from that place in the First Age after losing favor with the El Shaddai She Who Named the Trees, their creator. Upon their arrival to El-Bayir, the Fey took Si'ita as their patron God.
Fey are generally characterized by furry skin, large deer-like ears, and dark eyes with no whites in them.
Over the millennia, the Fey peoples have bred with the peoples of Beldkind, causing dramatic differences in appearance. More "pure" Fey are less "human" in appearance, with flattened noses, fur over their whole bodies, less circular pupils, and colored scleras. However, many Fey display signs of their mixed heritage, oftentimes appearing to be fully or mostly human with the exception of a few notable Fey traits (such as many centaurs appearing completely human from the waist up).
Sylvan is the native language of the Fey.
A pureblooded Satyr, note the flat face, body fur, colored scleras, and noncircular pupiles...
...and a less "pureblooded" Satyr, note the humanesque eyes, (lack of) fur, and facial shape.
