In the southwesternmost region of Oboyan is the crystalline forest of Ukhaya. Not much is known about this mysterious place. The life here is invariably comprised of various crystals and gemstones, from the smallest insect to the largest tree. Glittering mammoths and giraffes roam its shining plains and are hunted by a nomadic people known as the Sangmar. Ukhaya is a tempting sight for treasure hunters and adventurers, but it is incredibly dangerous. The wildlife and fauna are almost invariably hostile to outsiders, and a constant haze of crystalline dust is often fatal to the lungs and throat. Even when such hazards are avoided, the Sangmar are incredibly isolationist and hostile to outsiders.
