Anqall (meaning "mover" in Ba'hramicare a gargantuan mammalian megafauna native to the Ba'hram Desert. They are migratory and passive creatures, wandering in seemingly random paths around the Dune Sea of the Ba'hram towards oases.

Anqall come in a variety of shapes, from bull-like to resembling gargantuan stegosauruses. Scholars are divided as to their origin. Some consider them to be Unknown, created by Si'ita during the Worldshaping, while others consider them to have predated the Worldshaping or to have been created by another power.

Due to their large size, passivity, and knowledge of the Desert, anqall are frequently utilized by the Badawi nomads for the purposes of navigation and habitation. Tribes will reside in a town which either sits upon the anqall's back or is dragged by the anqall on gargantuan wheels. These towns are called "Nuqab" and they are central to Badawi culture.

The Badawi hold great reverence to the anqall, viewing them as godly creatures and divine protectors. Even in times of war, the safety, life, and health of the anqall are seen as paramount above all other concerns. A common Badawi saying goes “How many lives is an anqall worth? The entire nuqab plus one!” To harm, maim, or kill an anqall is the greatest possible sacrilege in Badawi culture, resulting in the offender being stripped naked and cast into the wastes of the Dune Sea to die of heatstroke or dehydration.
