House Rains of the Storm House was a noble house sworn to House Waters. During the Conquest of the Motherlands, Lord Richard Rains was a major field commander for his liege, Queen Winona IV Waters. In the Battle of the Eight Kings, Richard and all of his offspring and siblings were killed, spelling an end to House Rains.
