First Runes

The First Runes is the ancient alphabet of the Nephilim and Mannic peoples. The origin of the First Runes is unknown, as the Giants were using them before the Worldshaping. Following the creation of Beldkind and the spontaneous development of the language of Mannic, the Sky Giant scholar K'thar took pity on the newborn peoples and taught them the art of writing, teaching them the First Runes and how to transcribe their own language with the Giants' script.
