The Frozen Sea is the southernmost sea in the world, straddling the coast of Hatmagal. Like its northern counterpart, the Sea of Snow, it is known for its frigidity and tendency to freeze. Unlike the Sea of Snow, it is far more frigid, chaotic, and dangerous. The sea will often freeze for months on end, trapping travelers and their ships.
Terrible and violent storms rage through the Frozen Sea, capable of freezing and killing people so quickly that their corpses freeze upright.
According to legend, Great Ice Serpents swim the waters of the Frozen Sea, freezing ships and their crews before consuming them.
