A'vak Yaq-ben Gr'ro'chag Tag'qon Qrikt-thai, remembered by Riverfolk records as A'vak, was a chieftain of the Stone Giant who warred against Queen of Deadhill Olyvia III. She killed him by shooting an arrow into his heart with her great bow. She then took his heart as a trophy of war.
His body remains where he fell, near the Inn of the Hooded Man on the road to Deadhill. Like all Stone Giant corpses, it has petrified over time, though the weathering of millennia makes it only vaguely humanoid in shape.
