Philosir Pall The Half Savage

Philosir Pall is the youngest child of Lord Pyrion Pall. He is a ward of Ata-il Gul-Jan Kaligar. Back in Arcazon he is often referred to as the Half Savage due to notions regarding the Kaliga peoples outside of Kaligaland.
