Queen Winifrith II Orthed was the final independent ruler of Deadhill. Following the defeat of the Riverfolk monarchs in the Battle of the Eight Kings, the cunning Queen Winifrith was chosen by Pelegon I to be Queen of the Motherlands on the condition that the Imperium allow and assist her new kingdom in a crusade to take the Sacred Vale.
